Payment Options

You may pay for any purchases by supplying your credit or debit card details online or by telephone or by cheque.

We are happy to accept the following card types:

Maestro, Visa, MasterCard. Solo, Visa Debit, Electron, American Express.

For online payments these details are given in the secure online payment page. Cheques should be made payable to Du Veldt Interiors Ltd. Regrettable we are unable to accept cash payments for online orders.

Receipt of your card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of you order. For online orders, acceptance of your order occurs when we email you the online order despatch note, for cheques when your cheque has cleared and we despatch the items (See the contract between us in our Terms & Conditions).

You are responsible for providing us with the correct email address and contact details. We will not responsible if you do not receive the despatch note email where the details you have supplied us with are incorrect or in the event of communications system failures outside our control.

We cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Please do not send us any payment information using email.

Please refer to our privacy policy for details of our security measures. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us with when placing an order online.
