
9. What is your Returns Policy? |

We hope you love your purchase when it arrives, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, no problem, we will exchange the goods if you wish, or give you a full refund, provided the goods (excluding Sale items) are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for postage or carriage of retuned goods, and recommend insurance for expensive items, and a registered post option as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels without proof of posting.
