1. How do I shop online?

Select the items you want from the website and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping follow our simple checkout procedure. You will be required to log in before giving any payment details, as this will direct you to the secure payment section. If you have placed an order with us before enter your user name and password to log in. If you are a new customer follow our quick and easy steps to create an account.
 

2. What happens if I forget my password?

Please click on the link 'lost password' on the account log in panel and follow the instructions.  Your new password will be sent to your email address.
 

3. How do I pay for my order?

We are happy to accept online payment by the following card types:

Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Debit, Electron, and American Express.

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver by Courier to UK Mainland as standard delivery.

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Republic of Ireland and all other offshore locations under a separate tariff.

We do offer delivery to overseas destinations, For delivery charges, please contact us by email providing your full postal address and details of your order. We will get the best possible shipping price and inform you by email. If you are happy to proceed with your order, this shipping option will be added to the website so you can then go ahead and order online.
Please  note local mport charges may be payable on receipt. All orders will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
 

5. Can you delivery to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, you will be given this option during the payment process.

7. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, on despatch of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel. 
 

8. What happens if no one is home when the courier delivers?

A signature is required to confirm receipt. If there is no one available to accept the order at your delivery address, The courier will leave a card asking you to call to arrange re-delivery or collection from your nearest  depot.  Please note that the courier will return any undelivered parcels to sender if they remain undelivered after 7 working days.
 

9. What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you love your purchase when it arrives, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, no problem, we will exchange the goods if you wish, or give you a full refund, provided the goods (excluding Sale items) are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt.

We will not be responsible for postage or carriage of retuned goods, and recommend insurance for expensive items, and a registered post option as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels without proof of posting.

Re wrap the goods in the original packaging ensuring fragile items are securely protected. Apply the return label supplied with your order ensuring the original address label is covered over. If you do not have the returns label please clearly address to:

We will inform you by email when the goods have been received and will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card originally used to make payment. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your return for this to reach your account.
 

10. What should I do if my order is damaged on delivery?

We will issue you a returns reference number and instructions on how to return the goods to us. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by DHL, and ask you to obtain a proof of consignment certificate. You will be responsible for the goods until we receive them. We will arrange replacement goods or a full refund.
 

11. I would like to return an unwanted gift

No problem, if you wish to return a gift item we are happy to exchange it for an equivalent replacement or we can offer a full refund to the debit or credit card holder that originally made payment.
 

12. I live in the Channel Islands; can I shop tax-free on duinteriors.co.uk?

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to deduct VAT when charging for goods. Customers who are resident in the Channel Islands and qualify for a VAT refund should email us or contact us on Tel: 0845 8387017 between 9am - 5pm, after delivery has been received. We will then credit the amount of VAT charged on the total of your goods.
